Prestonwood Christian Academy battled throughout Friday night at Lions Stadium, continuing to compete and create opportunities as the Lions faced All Saints Epicsopal School in a 42-11 matchup on Sept. 11.

While the score did not go PCA’s way, the Lions continued to show the offensive explosiveness and playmaking ability that has been a key part of their strong start to the 2026 season. PCA finished the night with 345 total yards, including 192 passing yards and 153 yards on the ground.

Through the air, Max Reyes completed 7 of 13 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown, while Jackson Mankowski added 94 yards and a touchdown on 4-of-9 passing. The Lions continued to spread the ball around and create opportunities for their play markets, keeping the offense active throughout the night.

Leading the receiving corps was Vance Hernandez, who continued his strong start to the season with six receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown. Hernandez averaged an impressive 18.8 yards per catch, providing PCA with another explosive threat and coming up with the Lion’s touchdown through the air.

Micah Windingland led PCA with four total tackles, including three solo tackles, while Job Palmer added six total tackles with four assisted tackles. The Lions’ ability to generate explosive plays remained one of the bright sports of the night. Hernandez’s touchdown reception, along with several long gains from the receiving corps, showcased the playmaking potential PCA had demonstrated early in the season.

With the opening three games of the season now complete, the Lions have already gained valuable experience and continued to build chemistry on both sides of the ball. Friday’s matchup provided another opportunity forPCA to compete against a talented opponent, test itself and identify areas to build on moving forward.

The Lions will turn the page to prepare for Bishop Lynch on Friday, September 18, as PCA begins district play for the 2026 season. With plenty of football still ahead, the Lions look to carry the lessons and positive moments from the first three games into the weeks ahead.
